To access the full features of the jil29 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on jil29. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil29 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jil29 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jil29 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jil29 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
jil29 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jil29 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. jil29 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jil29 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to the account holder prior to any deduction.

You may close your jil29 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
